I. Quality assurance measures:
1. Under the conditions of normal storage, transportation, maintenance and service of customers, if it fails to normally use due to workmanship problem of products, offer three guarantees (guarantee for repairing, guarantee for returns and guarantee of replacement) services.
2. Put forward handling suggestion within 24h and rush to site to process problems within 100h after receiving quality information feedback, after normal running, analyze reasons to make sure responsibility.
3. Provide necessary technical documents and product certificate for outgoing product.
4. According to customers’ demands or agreement, timely provide spare parts, articles, installation, commissioning and maintenance services to customer and related personnel for technical training.
5. For large-scale engineering project, according to the requirements of bidding documents, organize production, testing, and inspection, and coordinate customer to carry out site acceptance.
6. In strict accordance with IS09001 standards, organize the purchasing of materials, parts and components, the production and inspection of products. Service note:
During the using process of products, if products are founded failure of normal use by customers, it is available to consult to the after-sale service department of Guanlong marketing center, and specify the model, specifications, service environment, fault condition, date of purchase and service requirements of all products. After the after-sale service department proposes processing suggestions, if it is still not solved, be sure to decide to assign people or make other treatment.
